Significant Organizational Changes for Quality Fence & Welding

• Built our structural steel building & formed a department in order to estimate all structural steel jobs & opportunities in that area.
• Created a more efficient company by leaning out all departments & putting new procedures in place.  For example: In our Inventory Department, we are verifying jobs before the actual installation date in order to account for more accurate material counts.   
• Implemented the Continuous Improvement Program (CIF) with Micro Accountability.  This program has helped our company lean out our systems & optimize our business processes by focusing our attention on areas that needed help the most.
• Added the new position of Sales & Marketing to our company in order to boost sales & get our new branding out to the public.
• Developed a new website in order to showcase our quality work & educate consumers on the various services we provide.
• Developed a new logo & method of branding to get the message of the services we provide out to the public.
• Acquired a plasma cam to our company, allowing us to have a steel cutting machine on-site for all plasma cutting.  
• Implemented “100% Customer Satisfaction is Our Goal” for all jobs.  We have a rule that all employees must sign stating they will uphold this goal prior to starting work for our company.  Our company implemented the Quality Control (QC) Program in order to make sure we exceed our goal of offering 100% customer satisfaction to our customers.  We now have a QC team which follows up on every job & inspects each job to perfection.  The job is walked, punched, and then photos are taken to ensure quality work is done on every aspect.
