Powder Coat Finishes
Quality Fence & Welding has a state of the art powder coat facility to apply decorative finishing on a variety of applications. We have three standard colors (Cat Black, Diamond Green, and Patrician Bronze), but there is a wide variety of additional colors that can be selected for an additional charge. First, we clean our product with a pressure washer at 160 degrees F with a phosphoric acid/detergent solution to inhibit rust, and then pre-heat the product and apply the powder coat finish at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes for a long lasting finish. We are able to powder coat any type of steel or aluminum product that is raw material or has been sand blasted.
